The clinical field of his specialization includes the treatment of all diseases and deformities of the Spine (such as Scoliosis & Kyphosis of children & adults), as well as the research in the biomechanics of the Spine (Fellowship Clinical and Research on Spine Surgery and Biomechanics of Spine) at Loyola University University Hospital, Chicago – USA<\/strong>, (Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation) and Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Chicago – USA<\/strong> which houses the University’s biomechanical research laboratory.Dr. George Vastardis, MD, PhD, is one of the internationally leading instructors for International Endoscopic Spine Surgery.<\/p>\n
